I love fight scenes. I don’t mean swords and guns and blood (although I do enjoy my fair share of those as well), but yelling, screaming, name-calling goodness. I love the conflict between two people on opposite sides, who both think they are in the right. I love exploring both sides of the argument, and I really love the passion that each character portrays as they try to get their point across. It is such a charged situation, and they are my favorite to write. That being the case, Fie Eoin is full of verbal fights. In this sticky Loria (Kaye and Kindra’s mother) and Oak (the chief of the tribe) are having a good old-fashioned yelling match. They both have a good set of lungs, and a good opinion of what is right. In this case Loria wins, and Pike is expelled from the warriors and exiled from Fie Eoin. Next time maybe I’ll let Oak win. Or maybe not. Maybe next time the argument will involve swords and spears and blood…
